1. Arrival (Entebbe/Kampala) — overnight to rest.
2. Road/flight to the southwest — lodge near Bwindi trailhead.
3. Gorilla trek #1 — safety briefing, forest hike, one hour with a gorilla family.
4. Recovery day or add-on — community walk, birding, or golden monkey trek (Mgahinga).
5. Gorilla trek #2 — a second permit maximizes chances and photos.
6. Scenic unwind — Lake Bunyonyi or Queen Elizabeth NP (optional game drive/boat).
7. Return to Entebbe — evening at leisure; depart next day.
