At the foot of Mount Kilimanjaro lies Amboseli, land of majestic elephants crossing wetlands with the mountain as a backdrop. From here the route arcs into Tsavo, Kenya’s largest national park: to the east, endless red savannahs; to the west, green volcanic hills and crystal springs. A mosaic of scenes that captures the true essence of safari.
Itinerary at a glance
- Day 1 — Coast → Tsavo East
Early road transfer and game drive en route to the heart of the park. Check in at Sentrim Tsavo East for lunch. Afternoon safari among vast landscapes and elephant herds. Dinner & overnight at the lodge. - Day 2 — Tsavo East → Amboseli
Morning safari, then continue to Amboseli. Arrive at Amboseli Serena Lodge for lunch & relaxation. Afternoon game drive with potential Kilimanjaro views. Dinner & overnight. - Day 3 — Amboseli (full day)
Choose two drives (dawn & dusk) or one extended safari across swamps and grasslands. Lunch, dinner & overnight at Serena Lodge. - Day 4 — Amboseli → Tsavo West
Breakfast and transfer with a safari stop at the famous Mzima Springs (hippos & crocs in spring-clear pools). Arrive Severin Safari Camp for lunch & downtime; afternoon game drive. Dinner & overnight. - Day 5 — Tsavo West → Tsavo East
Morning safari and breakfast, then continue to Ashnil Aruba Lodge for lunch. Afternoon game drive around Aruba Dam, a magnet for wildlife. Dinner & overnight. - Day 6 — Tsavo East → Coast
Sunrise game drive; breakfast; return to the coast with lunch stop at Camp Gedeng. Afternoon arrival back at Vinrosa House.

Aruba Dam concentrates wildlife—excellent for photography in drier months.

- The host will provide:
- 4x4 Jeep for all safari days, equipped with radio, first aid kit, and sanitizer
- Expert local driver
- Certified KPSGA FGASA Italian professional guide (when available)
- Full board, drinks excluded, during the safari

- Water, snacks, tea, and coffee on board for the entire duration of the safari

- Soft duffel (15–20 kg), light layers + warm fleece for dawn drives
